| 摘 要： | 分析了薄壁药盒的成形工艺,对其中的关键工序,采用双拉伸一次拉伸成形。对斜楔及内外滑块同时压出18个凹面体的模具结构和模具主要零件的设计作了介绍。

| Abstract: | The forming technique of the thin wall medicine box was analyzed. In the key work process, double stretching method was adopted to one-off drawing form the products. The die structure of stamping 18 neiloid with cam driver and inside and outside slide-blocks and the points in designing main parts were stated in detail. |
