摘    要:随着产品加工不断向高精度、高刚度、高速度方向发展,对机床主轴部件的动态特性要求也越来越高,因此对机床主轴部件动态特性分析也显得越来越重要。实验室采用陶瓷球轴承作支承的电主轴做高速精密磨削。在磨削过程中,陶瓷电主轴单元的性能直接关系到主轴能否实现平稳高速、精密加工。砂轮接杆虽然尺寸结构简单,但是对电主轴的动态性能影响很大。文中针对基于PMAC-PC控制下的精密磨床,通过不同转速下电主轴振动信号的傅立叶(FFT)谱,分析了砂轮接杆对陶瓷轴承电主轴单元动态性能的影响。

Abstract:With the development of process products constantly to high accuracy ,high rigidity, high speed, more dynamic characteristic are needed to spindle part, so dynamic characteristic analyse seem more and more important to spindle part. We adopt the ceramic bearing electric spindle to achieve high speed and precision grinding. In the course of grinding, the performance of the ceramic bearing electric spindle will directly influence the spindle could realize steady and high speed accurate to process whether or not. The grinding wheel pole has a simple structure, but it has a tremendous influence on the electric main spindle. Based on accurate grinding machine controlled by PMAC-PC, the influence of wheel on the performance of the ceramic bearing electric spindle is analyzed using FFT spectrum of vibration signal under different rotational speed.
