基于定性趋势分析的非线性系统故障诊断研究

摘    要:针对未知的多变量非线性动态系统,提出了一种新型的基于定性趋势分析的故障诊断方法。该方法采用区间半分法提取识别趋势,用模糊趋势匹配算法将实时趋势与规则知识库中的各种典型故障的特征趋势相匹配,实时诊断系统故障。将故障诊断方法成功应用到一个连续的多变量三水箱系统。

Abstract:For the nonlinear dynamic systems of uncertain variable, an improved method of fault diagnosis based on qualitative trend analysis is proposed. It uses interval-halving algorithm to extract identification trend. Employing fuzzy-logic based trend mapping algorithm to match real-time trend with character trend of knowledge base, this method can real-time diagnose system fault. The fault diagnosis method is successfully applied to a multi-variable three water tank system.
