| 摘 要： | 检验得出Q235大规格角钢力学性能不合标准要求，分析原因是其横截面近顶角处存在缩孔和细小裂纹。为此，提出应从炉衬材料、脱氧剂、脱硫剂和保护渣的选择应用，吹氩和电磁搅拌的丁艺优化等方面解决缩孔和夹杂物严重的问题。
