丙烯酸酯压敏胶的研究进展

摘    要:本文综述了近年来各种丙烯酸酯压敏胶的研究进展,包括乳液型、溶剂型、热熔型、辐射固化型、阻燃型压敏胶等。其中,重点介绍了乳液型丙烯酸酯类压敏胶的研究进展。通过加入增粘树脂、有机硅单体、反应性乳化剂或采用核壳聚合的方式提高其粘结强度,可以改善该类压敏胶的耐水性差、耐高温性差及涂布干燥等缺点,从而使该类压敏胶的用途更加广泛。最后,文章对于丙烯酸酯压敏胶今后的研发方向进行了预测。

Abstract:The development of all kinds of acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesives(PSAs) in recent years were summarized.Among these,there were emulsion-based,solvent-based,hot-melt,UV/EB curing,flame-resistant type of acrylate PSA,and so on.Especially,the development of emulsion-based acrylate PSA was introduced.And by adding tackifying resin,organic silicon monomer,reactive emulsifier or using the way of core/shell polymerization,its adhensive intensity can be increased,its disadvantages of bad water-resistant、heat-resistant and dry daub can be improved,thus this type of PSA will be used more widely.Finally,the prospect of acrylate PSA was predicted.
