产碱杆菌在方解石、石英和锡石表面的吸附研究

摘    要:研究结果表明,产碱杆菌在方解石、石英和锡石三种矿物表面的吸附很快,一般几分钟内即可达到一定程度的吸附量;不同温度下产碱杆菌的吸附活性不同;产碱杆菌在矿物表面的吸附能力及选择性与驯化条件和方式有关,采用固体矿物驯化的产碱杆菌在矿物表面吸附的选择性较差,而采用离子驯化的产碱杆菌则表现出较好的选择性。数据与理论分析表明,产碱杆菌在石英表面的吸附作用主要是化学作用,静电作用所占比例较小;与锡石的作用以静电力为主,其它作用力很少;与方解石的作用是纯粹的静电作用。

Abstract:The paper mainly investigated the biosorption of alkaligenes on the surface of calcite, quartz and cassiterite. The results showed that the absorbing of alkaligenes on the three minerals is very fast, and its absorption on the mineral surface is up to a certain extent in a few minutes usually. In different reaction temperatures, alkaligenes on the three minerals showed different activity. The absorbing ability and selectivity of alkaligenes on the minerals are related to the tame conditions, and the selectivity of absorption of alkallgenes on the minerals which tamed in the presence of sohd mineral is not good, and absorbing of alkaligenes on the minerals which tamed in the presence of ions is selective. It may be concluded from experimental data and theoretical analysis that interaction of alkaligenes with the quartz is mainly chemical, and the proportion of static interaction is few. The interaction of alkaligenes with cassiterite is mainly static, and others are few. The interaction of alkaligenes with calcite is totally static.
