并联机床单支路静刚度的有限元分析

摘    要:为探讨并联机床单支路的刚度对并联机床性能的影响,利用ANSYS软件对并联机床的单支路进行静刚度有限元分析,找出了并联机床单支路的应力集中处,得到了单支路所加载荷与丝杠受力之间的关系,改进了单支路的结构设计.通过实验表明,分析结果与实际情况吻合良好,在并联机床的设计过程中收到了很好的效果.

Abstract:The stiffness of the single spur track directly influences on the capability of the parallel machine tool. Making use of ANSYS software, investigations are made on the stiffness analysis of the single spur track for parallel machine tool. The place in which stress concentrate has been found, and the relationship between the load for parallel machine tool and the loadbearing for feed screw can be obtained, which improves the structure design for parallel machine tool. The analysis results are quite close to the reality conditions through the experiments. The good result from the process of the design for parallel machine tool is received.
