| 摘 要： | 本文就桑塔纳轿车后保险杠所用原料及注射模具结构设计进行了探讨,对浇注系统的冷、热主分各流道设计,采用流变学理论进行了系统计算,确定了各流道的尺寸和压降值。对模具温度、热膨胀值、熔体充模压力及动模垫板的形变进行了考虑,并采用MCS—51单片机监测。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the plastics used as structure of injection mold for the rear bump of "Santana" brand car.According to theory of rheology, the dimensions and pressure drops in each runner system are calculated. The key parameters, such as mold temperature, thermal expasion, mould filling pressure and the deformation of movable retainer plate are also studied. |
