摘    要:本文把注塑模CAE前处理系统中的曲面分为可展曲面和不可展曲面,对可展曲面用展开算法;对不可展曲面用分割算法,将曲面转化为平面,在平面上进行Delaunay三角网格划分,网格生成以后,再将网格节点反映射到原曲面上去,从而实现任意曲面的三角形网格的自动生成。

Abstract:In this paper, surfaces in pre-processing system for injection mold CAE is classfied as developable surface and undevelopable surface. Developable surface can be converted to plane by developing algorithm. And undevelopable surface can be divided into patches which are regarded as planes by dividing algorithm. Then Delaunay triangular meshes are generated on the plane. After that the mesh nodes are reflected onto the primal surface. So that automatic mesh generation for surfaces is realized.
