| 摘 要： | 本研究选择了改性聚酰亚胺、改性聚甲醛、改性尼龙三种材料应用于摩托车衬套制品,进行了对比试验,结果表明:采用改性聚酰亚胺的衬套具有强度高、耐磨损、尺寸稳定性好等特点,完全达到该产品设计的要求。

| Abstract: | Modified thermoplastic polyimide (M-PI) , modified polyformaldehycle (M-POM)and modified polyamide(M-PA)were used in manufacture of motorcycle bush. Experimental results showed the bush manufactured with modified thermoplastic polyimide was of high mechanical strength, friction resistance and excellent dimensional stability as well as fully satisfy to the design requirements. |
