| 摘 要： | 文章在研究了双螺杆挤出机各段中物态变化及作用的基础上,分析了目前硬PVC制品生产中使用双螺杆挤出机的一些问题,如平行双螺杆挤出机能否用于生产异型材、是否一定要使用定量给料器、挤出机排气口冒料的工艺控制及螺杆设计等问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the studying of the state changes of polymer in different zones of twin crew extruder and the functions of each zone, the author analyzed some troubles related to twin screw extruder used in producing RPVC products, such as the feasibility of parallel twin screw using to manufacture profiles, and the necessity of equipping with enforced feeder, etc.. The author also discussed the process control, the vent overflow and the screw design. |
