阻燃增强聚丙烯的研制

摘    要:本文主要研究了阻燃增强聚丙烯的阻燃剂筛选以及阻燃剂间的协同效应。实验结果表明,溴—氯—锑互配体系可以产生良好的阻燃协同效应,从而提高材料的阻燃性,降低产品成本。阻燃增强聚丙烯的阻燃性可达FV-0级,广泛应用于电子、电气等行业。

Abstract:In this paper the choice of flame retardants for GF reinforced PP and the synergistic effects of flame retardants were dealt with.The test showed that Br-Cl-Sb package had a good flame retarding synergistic effect and improved the flame retarding properties of GF reinforced PP.The flame retardance of GF reinforced PP could meet the requirements of FV-0 grade, the products could be applied in electrical and electron industries widely.
