| 摘 要： | 农村饮水安全工程是关系农民生活健康和生存条件的民生工程。随着辽宁省各地农村饮水安全工程的启动和运行,由于缺少工程维修养护经费,导致工程建后日常维修养护不到位的问题日渐凸显。本文对辽宁省维修资金短缺情况进行了探讨,提出了如何落实经费的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Rural drinking water safety project belongs to livelihood project related to farmer living health and smwival condition. Problem of insufficient daily repair and maintenance is gradually prominent after project construction due to deficient project repair and maintenance expense with the starting and operation of rural drinking water safety project in all regions of Liaoning. Repair and maintenance expense deficiency condition is discussed in the paper. Countermeasure suggestions for implementing expense are proposed. |
