微量镉对电解电容器阳极用铝箔性能的影响

摘    要:配制了6种不同含镉量(质量分数小于0.02%)的电解电容器用铝箔合金,研究了微量镉对铝箔性能的影响,结果发现,微量镉使铝箔硬度增加,晶粒组织细化,经低压形成 液处理的铝箔随镉含量的增加其电容容量也增加,经高压形成液处理的铝箔添加适量的镉可使电容量达到最佳值.

Abstract:By making 6 aluminum foil alloy with various contents of Cd (less than 0. 02%) for the positive pole of electrolytic capacitor. The effect of little amount of Cd on the aluminum foil's hardness, crystal size and capacity value has been studied. The results show that a little amount of Cd could improve the hardness of the aluminum foil and make the crystal grain finer. It is also found that the capacity value of aluminum foil rises with the increase of Cd content after low-pressure processing, the capacity value reaches its' optimum one after high-pressure processing when suitable amount of Cd is added to the alloy.
