基于AMESim的液压位置伺服系统故障仿真

摘    要:针对液压伺服系统的机、电、液藕合特征,引入流体仿真软件AMESim对液压伺服阀控缸系统进行建模.并通过对仿真模型注入各类故障信息,利用仿真软件优良的计算性能计算出系统的响应,通过分析仿真结果,获得系统异常表现与系统元件故障之间的联系.仿真结果能作为实际系统的故障诊断样本.结果证明该类仿真完全能够模拟实际系统的各类故障响应.

Abstract:Aimed at coupling character of machine, electric and hydraulic of hydraulic servo system, the simulation model of hydraulic servo valve controlling cylinder actuator was established based on hydraulic simulation software AMESim. By injecting various fault information into the model, using the excellent calculation function of the software to figure out the system response, through analyzing the simulation result, the relationship between system abnormity representation and components fault was acquired. Simulation result can be taken as actual fault diagnose sample. The result demonstrates that this kind of simulation can simulate all kinds of fault response of the actual system.
