摘    要:结焦是循环流化床锅炉运行中较为常见的故障,也是目前流化床锅炉运行中亟待解决的难点问题之一,它直接影响到机组能否安全、稳定、经济运行。文章结合某台330 MW循环流化床锅炉一次实际的结焦案例,分析了流化床锅炉低温结焦的原因,介绍了处理低温结焦的方法,并对如何预防低温结焦进行了探讨。

Abstract:Coking is a common problem in CFB boiler operation and it is also a key issue that needs to be solved urgently.The problem of coking directly affects the safety and economy of unit operation.In this paper,we presented a practical case of coking in a 330 MW CFB boiler and analyzed the reason for low temperature coking of CFB boiler.Meanwhile we introduced the approach to deal with low temperature coking and discussed how to prevent it.
