| Abstract: | In this study, the effect of 6-BA, NAA, PP333, TDZ in medium for the propagation of healthy plants of Yuetang00-236, ROC22 was investigated by using orthogonal experiment design. The results showed that the best medium for the three varieties were different. Among the four plant growth regulators, the most important factor for the propagation of Yuetang 00-236 was 6-BA, followed by TDZ, NAA and PP333, but for that of ROC22, the important factor was TDZ, followed by NAA, PP333 and 6-BA. The study indicated that the combination of the concentration of the growth regulators is the key factor for the sugarcane healthy plant propagating efficiency, and therefore, special medium should been screened for a variety to enhance its propagating. |
