摘    要:通过缓蚀剂的单因素试验和正交试验,优选出适用于制糖设备的防锈剂,并通过实验室进行盐水浸渍试验和盐雾腐蚀试验,考察了几种防锈剂的抗锈蚀功能。结果表明,由质量分数为3%的硬脂酸镁、10%的单硬酯酸甘油酯、1.5%的磷脂和1%的山梨糖醇酐油酸酯(Span80)组成的复合防锈剂具有优异的性能。

Abstract:According to the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments for antirust oil, it is tryed to screen the proper inhibitor for antirust oil applicable to sugar-making equipment. The rust resistance performances of several composite antirust oils have been studied with the salt solution immersion test and salt spray test in the laboratory. The results show that the composite inhibitor has excellent performance which in weight content is composed of 3% Magnesium stearate, 10% Monoglyceride, 1.5% Phospholipid and 1% (Span 80).
