摘    要:在中国国家自然科学基金项目《面向制造企业的e 质量管理体系理论及关键技术研究》和国家863高技术发展计划项目《e-质量管理系统理论及应用研究》共同支持下, 探索数字制造环境下的质量管理模式,以现代质量管理理论和信息技术为基础,建立数字制造环境下的质量管理系统(e Quality Management System,e QMS),讨论e QMS的有效性运行和合理的持续改进等问题,提出总结性学术报告。 e QMS是以信息技术为基础,以现代质量管理技术为内核,结合自动化技术、先进制造技术、现代检测技术、数理统计技术,应用于产品的设计、试验、制造、测试、维护、管理,以及全生命周期质量管理的制造企业质量管理应用系统。e QMS通过质量数据的自动实时采集、传输、分析、反馈,实现质量信息资源共享和质量管理协同,e QMS以数字化、集成化、网络化和协同化为特征,是一个软硬件相结合的制造企业质量管理应用系统。

An Investigation on the Theory and Key Technologies of e Quality Management for Manufacturing Systems
Abstract:Jointly supported by the National Natural Sciences Fund of China (NSFC) and China High Technology Plan 863, a study is made of the quality management mode in the digital manufacturing environment. Based on the modern quality management theory and information technology, the e Quality Management System, (e QMS) in such an environment is developed, the effective operation and rational sustained improvement of e QMS discussed and academic conclusions formed. The e QMS is an IT based applied quality management system for manufacturers in such aspects as product design, test, manufacture, measurement, maintenance, management as well as the whole life cycle quality management emphasizing modern quality management technology combined with automation, advanced manufacturing technology, modern test technology and mathematical statistical technology. The e QMS shares the quality information resource and coordinates quality management by means of automatic real time collection,
