| Abstract: | Combined with characteristics of electric power grid at county level, fundamental function and components of dispatching automation system at county level were introduced in detail. Meanwhile, hardware of this kind of system was studied and discussed. Finally three proposals were put forward for software design of dispatching automation system at county level. |
