| 摘 要： | 如何在众多的房地产代理商中进行选择,以及对取得代理权的代理商日后的工作水平进行考核,以决定继续合作还是重新选择代理商,对开发商而言都是至关重要的.本文基于模糊综合评价理论,运用层次分析法,将确定代理权的决策过程进行量化,尽量避免主观因素的影响.

| Abstract: | It is important for real estate developer to choose business agent in several real estate agents, and evaluate the performance of business agent who has obtained the dealership in order to make certain continue to cooperate or choose agent again. Based on fuzzy comprehensive appraisal theory, by using AHP (Analytical hierarchy process), the decision- making process of dealership is quantized, then avoiding the influence of subject factors. |
