| 摘 要： | 齿轮故障常常是导致设备失效的主要原因,因此,对其进行早期故障诊断显得尤为重要。在研究希尔伯特理论的基础上,对瞬态频率波动分析法应用在齿轮磨损故障诊断的可行性做了阐述,并通过具体实验进行了验证,证明了TFF(t)曲线与齿面磨损情况有良好的对应关系。

| Abstract: | The gear fault is always a main cause of the machine's expiration.So the early diagnosis is particularly important.Based on the Hilbert theory, elaborates the feasibility of a method called transient frequency fluctuation being used in the diagnosis of gear faults,and verified it by concrete experiments.It is proved that the TFF(t) waves have well correspondings to the condition of the abrasion in the gears. |
