摘    要:基因治疗是将DNA转染进入目的细胞,修复遗传错误或者产生治疗因子。目前基因治疗研究的热点是利用纳米颗粒作为载体,将特异性基因转染到细胞内,从而达到基因治疗的目的。纳米颗粒作为载体可使基因的转染效率提高、增强其稳定性、靶向型。就纳米复合物的组成及在基因治疗方面的应用、面临的问题与挑战进行了综述。

Abstract:Gene therapy is the insertion of genes into an individual's cells and tissues to treat diseases.Recently,nano-composites have been used for gene delivery which could efficiently deliver gene into cells.Nano-composites is also a versatile vector due to the variety of available chemical and physical modifications.In this paper,component and application of nano-composites were introduced as well as facing Problems and challenges.
