| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校工科大学的艺术教育水平参差不齐，如何借助艺术教育对工科大学生创新素质培养的积极作用推动高素质应用型人才的培养，常州工学院进行了积极探索实践，总结出“建设一个体系、完善两个保障、主抓三个阵地”的艺术教育途径，为新建本科院校工科大学生艺术教育提供了有益借鉴。

| Abstract: | The quality of art education for students of newly-built engineering colleges differs from each other.In view of the role of art education in the development of the innovation sense,a new mode for art education is formulated in Changzhou Institute of Technology,which can be summarized as″one system, two guarantees,and three fronts″.Such a mode offers a good reference for art education in other newly-built colleges. |
