| 摘 要： | 文章以常州市科技企业孵化器为例，从地方科技企业孵化器的发展现状出发，归纳孵化器在运行发展中存在的问题，构建适应地方科技企业孵化器的绩效评价指标体系，并运用该体系对常州市多家科技企业孵化器的经营绩效进行评价分析，且提出进一步发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | There are still some problems for the development of high-tech enterprise incubators.On the basis of the current situation of developing enterprise incubators, this paper analyzes its affecting factors, builds an evaluation index system and model, makes a comprehensive evaluation on its operating perform-ance,and put forwards some suggestions for further development. |
