摘    要:从织物的组织外观效应出发,选择以涤棉混纺纱和涤纶长丝为原料的不同结构和紧度的经二重及表里结接组织织物共12块,测定织物光泽性,并结合主观透光实验结果分析织物组织和结构对遮光性能的影响规律.结果表明,经纬密度、纱线浮长、织物颜色及织物孔隙率等因素对织物光泽度、吸光性、透光性影响显著,进而影响织物的遮光性能.表里接结组织比经二重组织对光线具有更强的阻隔性,可有效防止光线透射.

Abstract:Taking cotton/polyester blended yarn and polyester filament as raw materials, the effects of dif- ferent fabric weave and structure on the shading performance is tested. Taking warp backed weave and binder weave as main structures, 12 pieces of cloth are designed, which have different structure and compactness. The effect rules of structure parameter and weave on fabric shading performance are ana- lyzed by testing fabric glossiness and integrating with subjective visual evaluation. The experimental da- ta show that the glossiness, light absorption, light transmittance are impacted by warp and weft densi- ty, yarn floating length, color, fabric void content etc. and then influence the light-shielding property. The binder weave is testified a better performance of shading than that of warp backed weave, which can block light more effectively.
