摘    要:介绍了某化肥厂自备热电站热能动力系统与化肥工艺装置间的热联合利用。对小容量汽轮机进、排汽管道改造,用数学规划法对热动系统作优化计算,给出推荐的系统动力装置优化运行方案。经系统的热联合节能改造及调优运行节约了能源,效益显著。

Abstract:The paper presents an introduction to the combined utilization of heat by a fertilizer plant's self contained cogeneration power plant and its fertilizer producing installation. The inlet and outlet steam pipings of the low capacity steam turbine were reconstructed. An optimization calculation of the thermal system by mathematical layout was performed and an optimized mode of operation of the system's power set is recommended. Energy is saved with remarkable success by economic combined heat utilization and an optimized mode of operation.
