金属制品工厂生产废水处理工程案例分析

摘    要:针对某金属制品厂每天排放的污水含有油类、悬浮物、磷酸盐、有机物等污染物,进行了废水处理工艺设计。污水处理系统主要工艺为"化学混凝+一级好氧+生物陶粒过滤",处理后各项指标达到广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)中一级排放标准。该工艺简单,占地面积小,运行方便,处理水质稳定。

Abstract:Metal Factory for a day of wastewater containing oil, suspended solids, phosphate, organic matter and other pollutants. The wastewater treatment project was designed. The main process of wastewater treatment system as "chemical coagulation + aerobic + Bio-ceramic filter", After treatment of the indicators reached the Guangdong Province, "water pollutant discharge limits" (DB44/26-2001) in an emission standards. The process was simple, small footprint, run easy to deal with water quality and stability.
