级联高压变频器功率单元测控电路开发与研究

摘    要:传统的方法选用CPLD作为级联高压变频器功率单元测控电路信号处理器,优点在于电路简单,信号处理与传输速度较快,但该方法也存在一定缺点,如开发指令少,不适合循环执行,应用程序功能不完善.DSPIC30F4012是一款性能优越,抗干扰能力强、指令丰富、价格较低的DSP,非常适合功率单元测控电路应用.详细论述了应用该芯片开发功率单元测控电路的技术方案与过程,最后经过运行测试证明输出电压波形正确,保护动作可靠,运行稳定,可以更好地满足功率单元测控要求.

Abstract:CPLD is signal processor of cascaded high voltage VVVF's monitoring and control circuits in traditional methods. Its advanced places lies in easy circuit realizing,signal processing speed is faster,but the methods also exist certain shortcomings, for example its instructions are less and is inappropriate in implemen-tation cycle, its application program is not perfect. However,being a kind of cost-effective and instruction rich data signal processor, DSPIC30F4012 is very suitable for monitoring and control circuits of power unit. The technology programme and development process are discussed in detail on the development of power unit moni-toring and control circuits,in the end, it is proved that power unit output voltage waveform is right and action of monitoring and control circuit protection is reliable after running through tests, so it could be better for mo-nitoring and control requirements.
