| 摘 要： | 历史地段的住区更新开发总处于开发与保护的矛盾之中,一边是市场经济下的投资回报,另一边是历史场所的消逝.探索以“新城市主义”设计思想在历史地段更新过程中的意义和作用,试图从历史地段住区改造开发面临的问题、新城市主义设计思想的理论及永清片案例探析3个层面来进行诠释,并使其成为解决开发中诸多矛盾的平衡点,保障社会、经济、环境的协调发展,希望对现今旧城更新改造的建设提供一定的启示.

| Abstract: | The renewal and development of the historic section is still under the contradiction between investment return and historic place fading.This paper tries to introduce and analyze "new urbanism" relating to the process of the historic sectional renewal,hoping to find the key to solve the contradiction and assure the harmonious development in society,economy and environment. |
