基于状态方程的液压提升机起动特性研究

摘    要:为了解决液压提升机液压驱动系统与液压制动系统的工作协同特性问题,在考虑系统泄漏、油液的可压缩性及负载影响等因素的基础上,采用状态方程的建模方法,建立了液压驱动系统与液压松闸制动系统的动态数学模型,选择并计算了液压提升机的有关参数,对液压驱动系统与液压制动系统的动态特性和运动协同特性进行了仿真分析,解决了上坡启动负载瞬时下滑问题,并据此提出进行提升机液压系统设计的若干重要参考依据.

Abstract:In order to improve the working cooperation characteristics of the driving and braking system of hydraulic winder, considering some influences, a dynamic model of driving and breaking system is established using state equation, and some parameters of mine hydraulic winder are selected and calculated. On the basis of simulation, dynamic response characteristics and working cooperation characteristics of driving and breaking system of mine hydraulic winder are analyzed.
