油管防落装置的研制与应用

该装置安装在油管柱下部．当出现油管断脱落井时，锚定总成自动将落下的油管卡在套管上,使油管柱不能继续下落，可以减少油管落井造成的打捞工作量，还可以避免联接在油管柱上的井下工具因油管柱高速下落造成损坏的问题。文章介绍了油管防落装置的结构、工作原理、使用要求、地面试验和现场应用情况。经现场应用，该装置原理可行、结构合理、工作可靠、可以大量推广使用。

The study and application of tubing dropping control unit

This unit is beyond the bottom of the tubing. When the tubing gets broken and drops into the well, the anchor assembly will lock the dropped tubing on the casing automatically preventing the tubing from keeping on dropping. Meanwhile, it can reduce the workload in the extraction and avoid the damage problem of the downhole tool made by the tubing dropping with high speed. This paper introduces the structure, working principle,using request, ground test and field application of the tubing dropping control unit.This unit has the feasible principle, reasonable structure and reliable working efficiency it can be used widely.
