脉冲激光测距机电磁兼容解析

摘    要:为了解决大功率脉冲激光测距机经常出现的EMI(电磁干扰)问题,提高激光测距机的电磁兼容冗余度,本文从激光测距机的工作原理出发,找到了激光测距机中形成电磁干扰的几个主要因素——激光激励源、控制及信息处理机、控制电缆。通过理论分析计算,针对性地提出了解决方案,并将其应用于实际电路中。试验结果证明该方案切实可行,能够较好地解决大功率脉冲激光测距机中存在的电磁干扰问题,为激光测距机的性能拓展打下了良好的基础。

Abstract:In order to resolve the problems of Electromagnetic Interference and improve the redundancy of electromagnetic compatibility in the high power pulse laser ranger finder, according to the operating principle of the laser ranger finder, we found the main source of Electromagnetic Interference in the laser finder, such as : the laser exciter, control and information processor, control cable. Through theoretical analysis and calculation, this paper puts forward a solution concept and applies it to actual electric circuits. The result of experiment shows that the concept is feasible and can be implemented. The method can solve the problem of Electromagnetic Interference in the high power pulse laser ranger finder and can also lay a good foundation to expand the functions of the laser ranger finder.
