薄壁管旋转锻造3D数值模拟

摘    要:应用弹塑性大变形有限元法对国际冷锻组织2008标准考题"薄壁管旋转锻造"进行全过程模拟,分析冷态高频旋转锻造的受力情况和变形特点.探讨不同摩擦条件对旋锻后锻件尺寸的影响,摩擦因子取0.3时,模拟结果与物理试验结果吻合较好;由于旋转锻造的局部非连续增量成形方式,坯料的变形按"点-线-面"递增且呈均匀周向分布,成形力呈阶梯状上升,趋稳后小幅振荡前进;摩擦对旋转锻造总成形力几乎没有影响.

Abstract:A large deformation elastic-plastic finite element model was developed to simulate the rotary swaging process of thin-walled tube, a benchmark from International Cold Forging Group (ICFG) 2008.
