摘    要:基于多刚体动力学理论建立了高速履带车辆悬挂系统与地面作用的动力学模型,基于贝克理论建立路面,研究了高速履带车辆在工况为爬行60°坡时悬挂系统的动力学响应问题,分析了车辆爬60°坡在2种不同路面上左、右履带的平均转矩,并且和计算求得理论转矩进行比较,分析得出仿真数据和理论数据误差率在5%内,模型特别考虑了履带对履带车辆动力学响应的影响.

Abstract:Based on the dynamical theories on multiple rigid bodies, a dynamical model of interactions between suspension system and ground is first developed for high-speed-tracked armored vehicles. Then, the road surface is established via the Baker Theory. Next, the dynamical response to suspension system is elaborated under a working condition of the 60° slope crawling. By detecting the average torques of left and right tracks,a comparison between theoretical and simulated results is conducted on two road surfaces. Finally, it is found that, in consideration with the impacts of specific tracks on dynamical responses, the error rates between simulated and theoretical values are below 5%.
