高频软开关充电器的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种双管正激式零电压转换-脉宽调制高频软开关功率变换器的工作原理。分析了变换器的工作过程,给出了一个开关周期中的等效电路和主要的开关波形。提出了软开关实现办法,讨论了这种软开关变换器的不足,提出了改进方法。利用这种软开关技术研制了一台航空蓄电池充电器,给出了充电器的控制系统框图,介绍了充电器的工作原理。最后给出了运行波形和实验结果。

Abstract:A double forward zero voltage transition-pulse width modulation converter is introduced. The operating process of one switching cycle is analyzed in detail and the equivalent circuits in this switching cycle and some main switching wave forms are given. The technique of realizing soft switching is put forward. The disadvantages are discussed and some improving methods to the converter are presented. By using this soft switching technique, a prototype of aviation storage battery charger is developed, the block diagram of charger controller is presented and the principle of the charger is briefly described. Finally, the operating wave forms and some experimental results of charger are given.
