摘    要:传统的机械测试中,欲使系统达到足够带宽,需以较高频率进行采样,致使数据大量冗余;受模拟滤波器本身特性所限,难以通过改变抗混滤波器参数精减数据.因此本文利用TMS320VC33 DSP和PXI总线设计了抽样转换滤波器硬件系统,并简要介绍了抽样率转换滤波器的原理,通过实例在硬件系统上编程实现详细地说明了该系统的应用,得到了比较理想的结果.通过本系统对高频采集的数据做进一步处理,然后上传主机,不仅保证了测试系统的通用性,且又能大幅度精减数据,提高整个测试系统的处理速度.

Abstract:To ensure enough frequency bandwidth, traditional machinery measurement system needs relatively high frequency to sample, which result in data redundant. Because of the limitation of analogue filter, it is hard to reduce data redundant by altering parameters of anti-chaos filter. So a hardware system for sampling ratio conversion filter was presented based on TMS320VC33 and PXI bus. The theory of sampling ratio conversion filter was briefly introduced. By programming for a example on the hardware system, the detailed application process of the system was illuminated and ideal result was got. Data acquired by high frequency sampling is processed and then transferred to host PC, which not only ensure the versatility of measurement system, but also reduce data redundant dramatically, and increase the processing speed of the whole measurement system.
