摘    要:本文利用ANSYS结构分析程序,对西龙池抽水蓄能电站充水保压蜗壳结构进行三维非线性有限元分析,研究外围混凝土中裂缝开展、分布情况以及结构的应力状态。结果表明,正常运行工况除上、下碟边部位混凝土因应力集中会开裂外,其他部位仍处于弹性工作状态;随着水压荷载的增加,裂缝首先出现在蜗壳与进水钢管相接断面的内层混凝土中,然后向周围扩展,在水压荷载最大的甩负荷工况,靠近钢蜗壳外表面40cm范围内的混凝土普遍开裂,个别部位的裂缝长度达到1m左右。计算结果还表明,直段钢管外围混凝土是结构的薄弱部位,在最大水压荷载下会出现水平方向的贯通裂缝,设计时应予以足够重视。

Abstract:A 3-D nonlinear analysis is made on the spiral casing structure of Xilongchi pumped-storage hydropower station.The development of cracks in concrete and the stress status of the structure after cracking are analyzed in this paper.The results show that no crack occurs in the structure except the concrete near by the fix rings, where is a sensitive zone to cracking due to the stress concentration.With the increase of water pressure,the crack develops first in the concrete at the joint section of spiral casing and the straight tube,and then extends to nearly all the concrete around the spiral casing under the condition of turbine load rejection.Most of cracks are less than 400mm in length,some of them are as long as 1.0m at a few special positions.Moreover,transverse cracks occur in the surrounding concrete of the straight tube,where is a weaken region of the structure and much attention has to be paid in the structure design.
