机组真空降低的原因分析及处理

摘    要:沂水热电厂12 MW汽轮机组自冬季供暖以来真空逐渐降低,经分析,真空降低是由凝汽器铜管传热不良、真空系统泄漏及射水抽气器效率降低等原因所致。经过停机检修,真空得到了显著改善,凝汽器真空提高了0.012 MPa,机组的安全性和经济性大大改善。

Abstract:The vacuum of 12 MW steam turbine in Yishui Power Plant becomes low since supplying heat in winter.After analysis,it is believe that the lower vacuum is due to bad heat transfer of the copper tube of the condensers,vacuum system leaks and low efficiency of water jet air ejector.After scheduled outage,vacuum improves much,the vacuum of condenser is increased by 0.012 MPa and the safety and economic characteristic is greatly improved.
