| 摘 要： | 采用高温热电偶测定碳化炉料不同部份、不同区段的温度 ,描绘了二种规格卧式碳管炉的温度曲线 ,指示其碳化为放热反应过程 ,并提出了优化碳化工艺和设备改进的基本方法。

| Abstract: | High temperature thermalcouple is used to determine the temperature of different parts and different areas of carburization mixture.Temperature curve of two specifications of horizontal carbon tube furnace is described.It is confirmed that carburization is exothermic reaction process.Basic methods of optimizing carburization process and equipement improvement are refered to. |
