| 摘 要： | 本文在采用Solidwokrs软件三维建模的基础上,对φ2200圆锥破碎机的铸件产品重量计算的原理和过程进行了研究.从而对原图纸设计重量及铸造毛坯重量进行校对,明确了铸件产品的净重与毛坯重量的毛净比,并在此基础上编制了铸件定额标准.通过这两方面的计算分析,为圆锥破碎机的铸造生产成本核算、订货价格计算以及技术洽谈提供依据...

| Abstract: | This paper described the use of three-dimensional（3D） modeling by Solidworks software to study the principle and process of the weight calculation for the casting products of Ф2200-type cone crusher,thereby,to collate the designed weight of original drawing and blank weight of casting.The rating standard of casting was compiled on the basis of the gross-net ratio between net weight and blank weight of castings.A basis was provided with these two aspects of calculation and analysis for the casting production costing,order price and technical talks of cone crusher. |
