基于虚拟仪器的往复压缩机小波分析系统

摘    要:利用虚拟仪器技术开发机械设备状态监测与故障诊断系统,是机械故障诊断领域中的研究热点。以LabVIEW软件为开发环境,开发了往复压缩机振动信号多层小波分析系统,系统可对振动信号进行多层小波分解和重构。通过对故障状态与正常工作状态下的振动信号的对比分析,能实时发现运行中的压缩机所存在的故障。该研究方法能够为压缩机的检测提供一种新的切实可行的方案。

Abstract:It is the research focus in the field of mechanical fault diagnosis to develop condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system with the virtual instrument technology.Based on the LabVIEW,the multi-wavelet analysis system of vibration signal on the reciprocating compressor is developed.The vibration signal can be decomposed and reconstructed with the system.The compressor failure is timely diagnosed during running process by the comparative analysis of vibration signals under fault condition and normal opera...
