| 摘 要： | 在料浆输送设备隔膜泵的结构中有多处重要的螺栓联接,液力端进料阀箱新结构的应用,需要对进料阀箱盖进行打压来实现联接螺栓的预紧及阀箱盖的密封。因此对承受高压的进料阀箱盖进行强度分析,并利用Hypermesh软件进行了阀箱盖有限元模型的前处理,得到了较好的网格质量及分析数据。

| Abstract: | There are many important applications of bolt in diaphragm pumps.After the applications of new structure in the feed valve box,we get the bolt pretension and valve lid sealing by enhancing pressure of the valve lid.When we analyse the intensity of the valve lid,we use hypermesh software to complete the pre-processing,and achive good grid quality and analysis data. |
