摘    要:本文针对4032合金在高温雨季铸造易出现气孔问题,对精炼工艺进行了研究。试验结果表明:三转子在线除气精炼效果最佳,精炼器在静置炉流眼处一直精炼效果次之,常规精炼处理效果最差。

Abstract:Directed against 4032 alloy casting porosity problem in high-temperature and rainy season,the refining process had been studied.The results showed that the three-rotor gas refining was the best result,refining in the spout was the better and the conventional refining was the worst effect.
