摘    要:针对海拉尔油田水力泵试油排液工艺中地面排液设备配置不合理,无法满足连续、高压长时间试油要求,造成掏空深度不够,流压曲线不连续,无法求取储层最大产能等问题,海拉尔石油勘探开发指挥部和大港油田钻采院合作,对现场水力泵地面排液设备进行了完善、改造、升级,研制出了适合不同井深的水力泵地面一体化排液设备,在满足现场施工需要的同时,降低了施工队伍的设备搬迁成本,取得了良好的施工效果。海拉尔油田借助水力泵试油排液求产工艺,辅以不同井深用地面一体化排液设备,不仅缩短了油气井测试周期,降低了施工成本,而且解决了低压、低渗非自喷油层求取资料难的问题,满足了生产要求。
