| 摘 要： | 工程建设项目管理分为决策、实施和后评价3个阶段。工程投资控制管理贯穿整个管理过程,从微观上讲,它关系到项目建设单位的投资效益,如何在这个动态管理过程中,发挥好投资控制的主体作用,对项目建设的全过程实施有效的投资控制,是取得项目成功的关键因素之一。
