| 摘 要： | 电能遥侧系（REMS）的主要功能是将电能表处理器中的有关数据通过通信通道传到工作站。从而在工作站的计算机中可看到电能表的运行数据。为此，介绍了广东省与香港特别行政区之间输电网络REMS的组成，并针对其在广州蓄能水电厂应用中出现的问题提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | The remote energy metering system(REMS) is mainly designed to transmit relevant data from kilowatt-hour meter processors to workstations via communication channels,so that the data can be viewed on the workstation computers.This paper describes the configuration of Guangdong-Hong Kong REMS, and puts forward some countermeasures against the problems in its application to Guangzhou Pumped-storage Power Station. |
