高速公路隧道穿越断层破碎带施工技术探讨

摘    要:麻(城)武(汉)高速公路大别山隧道出口段穿越断层破碎带时围岩破碎、掉块严重、裂隙水发育,施工中通过超前地质预报对地质情况进行预判,采用超前小导管辅以水泥-水玻璃双液注浆止水加固、正台阶法开挖的施工方案,取得了良好的工程效果。

Abstract:In Dabieshan tunnel of Mawu highway,the geological conditions are very complicated.The country rock is not only very broken,also often fall pieces.The fissure water is developing.Advanced geology forecast technology was adopted to prejudge the geology conditions during construction.Also,pre-supplemented with a small tube of cement-sodium silicate pairs of fluid sealing grouting reinforcement was applied.Excavation step method was used as construction scheme.The project has achieved good results.
