| 摘 要： | 真空辊辊体材质由１０－２锡青铜改为离心铸造镍铬不锈钢后，延长了网、包胶层、毛布和辊体的寿命，杜绝孔眼堵塞，使真空度稳定，脱水效果好，且全幅均匀，减少能耗，具有明显的经济效益。

| Abstract: | entrifugally casted stainless steel suction rolls installed on a papermachine has been found to perform satisfactorily. Prolonged lives for roll shell and its rubber covering are being claimed. Extended lives of wire cloth and felt are the being experienced. This are possibly resulted from the elimination of hole hole pluggings, leading to more stable vacuum within the shell; resulting in better dewatering and less energy consumption. |
