基于ANSYS的高速磨床砂轮架的结构分析和改进研究

摘    要:以一种高速磨床砂轮架为研究对象,建立了砂轮架动力学模型,运用ANSYS软件对砂轮架进行模态分析;根据分析结果找出缺陷,改进砂轮架的结构,并对改进后的砂轮架结构进行模态分析。通过分析和比较得出相关结论。为产品的设计和改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Setting the grinding carriage of a high - speed grinder as the object, its kinetic model is established, and the mode analysis of grinding carriage is made based on ANSYS. According to the results, bug of the model is found, the original structure is improved, and the new model is analyzed. By analyzing and comparing the results, we can gain some correlative conclusions providing the theoretical foundation for product design and improvement.
